Shipping policy

Every ARKIVE SUPPLY piece is made to order. Once you place your order, production typically takes 2-4 business days before your order is dispatched.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery: once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes around 10 days, and most orders arrive within 15 days of dispatch. Altogether, please allow up to 3 weeks from ordering for your items to arrive.

Tracking: you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays: shipping times are estimates rather than guarantees, and deliveries can occasionally take longer during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of your order confirmation, contact us at tednilandtees@gmail.com and we'll follow it up for you.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before your order is dispatched.
